Set Menu: Course A: JPY 15,000 - Course B: JPY20,000
Our menu changes continually as we only use the freshest ingredients available on a daily basis.
We offer a mix of modern and traditional Italian food, guided by the produce of Hokkaido, with an Japanese twist. Our style is “omakase” , from the Japanese for “entrust”, in which the chef prepares a meal tailored to your preferences and based on budget, taste & seasonality. As such, we offer two differently priced menus.
We only serve the finest Italian wines and may not always have the same vintages on our menu due to a shortage in supply of some years. Please see our menu at the restaurant.
After dinner liquore
We serve the best Grappa and a selection of classic Italian liquore.
Winter 2020 / 2021 opening dates
We open from the 9th of December through 25th of March.
We are now accepting bookings for the 2020 / 2021 season via e-mail.
We do offer a Private Dining experience for bookings of 10, or more. Please do e-mail us to discuss the menu, price and seating configuration.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our dining experience we do not accept children under the age of 12. Thank you for your kind understanding. However, should you opt for our Private Dining experience, you would then be to bring children of three plus. Please note, we do not offer high-chairs.
